Lifestyle entrepreneur and television personality Martha Stewart says she has no desire to remarry, insisting she is happier being single and enjoys spending time with younger men.Speaking to People magazine as she recreated the cover of her iconic 1995 issue, Stewart reflected on life after the breakdown of her marriage in 1990, saying her perspective has changed over the years. "The older you get, the less you really need a mate, I think. I wouldnt want to be beleaguered with an older, ill person," Stewart said. The 85-year-old said she enjoys an active social life, although she does not necessarily go on traditional dates. "I've got lots of friends," she said. Stewart also joked that her friends know she rarely stays long at parties. "They know if they invite me to a party, I'm not going to be there for long."Reflecting on relationships, Stewart suggested she no longer envies married friends as she once did following the end of her marriage, saying she now values the freedom that comes with being single. She also made it clear that, when it comes to romance, she prefers the company of younger men.The post 85-year-old TV personality Martha Stewart says she loves being single and glad she's not married to elderly man appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
