 A Nigerian woman has opened up about the dark experiences she encountered while desperately trying to have a child. She said that at one of the lowest points in her life, her desperation for a baby exposed her to a troubling world of people and services targeting women struggling to conceive. According to her, she received numerous suggestions and referrals and was asked to do unusual things, including fasting and praying what she described as strange prayers.
