A woman has shared how she accidentally ruined her friends 40th birthday surprise after the womans husband sent her a private message asking her to call him. According to the woman, she received a DM from her friends husband despite not having his phone number or regularly communicating with him. She initially ignored the message, but after he sent another one, she replied that she was busy and would call when free. The woman took a screenshot of the conversation and sent it to her friend because she did not want to have a private conversation with her friends husband without her knowledge. Her friend later called and explained that her husbands message was connected to her upcoming birthday, then asked the woman to call her husband, which she did.  The man revealed that the message was meant to help him organize a surprise for his wife. He said, You just ruined the birthday surprise for her. I was planning a trip to Lagos to celebrate her 40th birthday. The revelation left the woman questioning whether she had handled the situation wrongly by immediately informing her friend about the DM.
