Clergyman, David Ibiyeomie, has slammed members of the Nigerian Senate for passing a law penalizing anyone who preaches in commercial buses Recall that earlier this week, the Senate passed the redrafted Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Act (Amendment) Bill, 2026, introducing heavy penalties for various road and transit-related infractions.
