Lagos Commissioner for Environment, Tokunbo Wahab, vows to take action against man caught on camera throwing thrash into a canal

The Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, has vowed to prosecute an unidentified man caught on camera dumping refuse into a canal in Lekki. The incident, which occurred along Salem Spar Road in the Ikate area, was captured on film by a vigilant resident.
