Man arrested in Delta while attempting to sell his friend's motorcycle

A suspect, identified as John Keba, has been arrested for attempting to sell his friend's motorcycle in Ika Local Government Area of Delta State.  The Owa Youth Vigilante (OYV) recovered a suspected stolen DayLong motorcycle and handed the suspect to the Police at the Owa-Oyibu Divisional Headquarters for further investigation. According to the vigilante group, the suspect allegedly confessed that he took the motorcycle from his friend in Uromi, Edo State, and had been using it for commercial Okada business in Agbor.  He was reportedly arrested while attempting to sell the motorcycle without any ownership documents. The Chief Security Officer of the Owa Youth Vigilante, Comrade Jerry Okonta, said the operation followed credible intelligence.  He added that efforts are ongoing to trace the rightful owner of the motorcycle. The Owa Youth Vigilante also urged youths to stay away from crime and embrace lawful means of livelihood. The post Man arrested in Delta while attempting to sell his friend's motorcycle appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
