Man shot de@d in suspected cult attack in Osun state

A man identified as Adejuwon Adekunle, aka Asa, has been k!lled near a recreation centre in the Dele Yes Sir community, Osogbo, Osun State.  Adekunle was reportedly fatally shot between 1:30am and 2am on Tuesday, September 15. The Osun State Police Command said preliminary findings suggested that the incident might be cult-related. A video circulating on social media shows Adekunle's body lying motionless on the ground while a woman wailed over him. The Osun State Police Commands spokesperson, Abiodun Ojelabi, said the victim was rushed to a hospital following the shooting but was pronounced de@d on arrival. His body was deposited at the morgue. The Commissioner of Police has directed that the case be transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department for a more discreet investigation. No arrest has been made in relation to the incident. See video below. The post Man shot de@d in suspected cult attack in Osun state appeared first on Linda Ikeji Blog.
