Footballer, Uchenna Kanu has said the Super Falcons are still disappointed with their exit from the 2026 Womens Africa Cup of Nations.Justine Madugus side suffered a 1-0 defeat to the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon in their quarter-final encounter at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium, Casablanca, on Sunday night. Cameroon, who will face hosts Atlas Lionesses of Morocco in the semi-finals, earned a spot at the 2027 FIFA Womens World Cup following the hard-earned victory.The Super Falcons will now hope to qualify for Brazil 2027 through the playoffs.Kanu confessed that the Super Falcons are still haunted by the defeat to Cameroon, revealing that the majority of the players couldnt eat after the game. People are still in their feelings, Kanu told ESPN.Some people didnt even come out today for breakfast.
