A woman living with albinism has recounted how she was allegedly denied a job opportunity despite being the most qualified candidate for the role. Speaking during a recent episode of The Honest Bunch podcast alongside other people living with albinism, the lady said she was initially unaware that her albinism would affect her chances of getting the job. According to her, she was later told that she was the most qualified person for the position but the organisation would not hire her because of what they described as her condition. I have been denied a job opportunity because Im a woman with albinism.
