Members of Cafe One, one of Nigeria’s largest co-working chains, will soon gain access to Decide, an AI agent designed to help professionals analyse spreadsheets, conduct research, and automate data-heavy workflows.
The partnership is the first public rollout of Decide for Work, a new initiative through which the startup plans to distribute its AI assistant by partnering with businesses, co-working spaces, universities, and professional communities.
With more than 30 locations across Nigeria, Cafe One serves a broad mix of founders, consultants, analysts, finance teams, and other knowledge workers—the audience Decide believes will benefit most from its product.
“Cafe One is the largest chain of co-working spaces in Nigeria, with professionals, founders, consultants, analysts, and finance teams using spreadsheets every day,” Abiodun Adetona, CEO of Decide, told Condia. “It was a natural fit because their members closely match the people Decide was built for.”
Rather than focusing exclusively on direct-to-consumer growth, Decide is positioning itself as a workplace productivity tool that organisations can offer to employees and members. Through Decide for Work, the company hopes to make its AI agent available where professionals already spend their time, whether that’s inside offices, co-working spaces, or industry communities.
According to Adetona, the startup is already in discussions with other co-working operators, universities, and professional organisations about similar partnerships.
“Our ambition is to embed Decide wherever work happens,” the company said in a statement. “That means inside the software people already use, including spreadsheets, email, and other business tools. It also means working with the physical spaces and communities where professionals meet, work, and build companies every day.”
Decide has gained traction since launching in 2025. Founded by Adetona after observing colleagues at Flutterwave struggle to extract insights from spreadsheets, the startup has grown to more than 3,000 users in roughly a year. Its users include employees at organisations such as Bank of America, KPMG, OPay, and PwC. Independent benchmarking platform SpreadsheetBench recently ranked Decide among the leading AI agents for spreadsheet work.
